The project (Project Mutatio) is sponsored by the Head of Naval Engineering through the FSU Board and is delivering a national and fleet wide solution for maintenance, manpower, inventory and performance management across the fleet. Undertook a keynote Continuous Improvement Study into the functions and capabilities required for Personnel Support Units (PSU) and their activities in support of Naval capability. Cumulatively this work resulted in a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) that understood and advised upon the training requirements for personnel manning and delivering outcomes from PSU offices around the nation.

Undertook a complete project implementation review of three key Continuous Improvement Projects undertaken by Navy. These projects encompassed the Mine Warfare, Naval Aviation and Anzac class ship capability. The review encompassed a detailed documentation analysis and stakeholder interviews in order to understand and report on:
- Scope: what was the scope of the improvement work
- Recommendations: what were the recommendations arising from the CIP, and
- Achievements: what were the initial and enduring achievements of the CIP.
Three comprehensive reports were generated and submitted to the Naval Reform Board for consideration. Arising from this work, the Continuous Improvement team adjusted some of their methodologies so that evidence based assessment of outomes are in place at all times.
